Enchanting apartments for your dream holiday
Discover our accommodations: three new holiday apartments, furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail.
- As our guests, you will also be the proud bearer of the Bruneck Kronplatz Card, with which you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol for free. It also offers numerous additional services and exclusive events.
- The final cleaning is included in the price.
- You can charge your e-bike in the lockable bike room.
- In winter you can use our ski room with ski boot dryer.
- Depending on the season and availability, you are welcome to use the vegetables and herbs from our garden to conjure up something delicious in the kitchen.
- Depending on availability, we have fresh eggs from our hens for you. Feel free to ask.
- For a small additional charge we offer you our bread roll service: just let us know which bread you would like to find on your doorstep the next morning.
The prices quoted are per night for an occupancy of 2 persons. The price does not include the local tax of €1.75, which is charged per day and person (from 14 years of age) and must be paid on site.
We charge €15.00 per night for each additional person in the apartment.
Children up to their 3rd birthday stay for free at the Mittermairhof.
The minimum stay in our holiday apartments is 3 nights.
We guarantee you the best price if you book your holiday directly on our website.
The booking becomes binding upon payment (bank transfer) of a deposit (30% of the total amount) for confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of the booking confirmation on our part.
Payment of the remaining amount can be made by bank transfer, ATM, cash or credit card.

Cancellation conditions:
- If you cancel up to one month before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge.
- Between one month and three weeks before the arrival date, we retain the deposit.
- For cancellations less than three weeks before the arrival date, we will charge the full booking amount. In the event of late arrival, early departure or no-show, we unfortunately have to charge the full amount owed.
- Cancellations are always an unpleasant topic. That is why we advise you to take out travel insurance.
- Check-in: the apartments will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- Check-out: we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10 am on the day of departure
- As a working farm, we love animals. However, we ask for your understanding that bringing pets with you on holiday is not permitted.
- Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.

Whether sport, outdoor activities or cultural highlights: the Mittermairhof, our village of Riscone and the Valb Pusteria offer you countless opportunities to relax and make the most of your holiday at any time of the year.
Winter magic in Riscone
- Skiing: with 119 kilometres of pistes for every level, Plan de Corones is the most popular and varied ski area in the Val Pusteria. It offers guaranteed fun on the piste and in the mountain huts. And best of all: it is just a 250 metres walk and you’re on the pistes.
- Cross-country skiing: the cross-country ski trails in Riscone are only 3 km away. But there are many more hotspots in the surrounding area
- Sledding:either at the foot of Plan de Corones with the cable car or in the surrounding area on one of the numerous toboggan runs including mountain huts. Plenty of fun is guaranteed!
- Ski touring, winter hiking, snowshoeing: if you’re looking for peace and quiet in nature, you’ll find it at Plan de Corones, but also on the other mountains in the surrounding area.
- Christmas markets:there are several markets within a few kilometres. From the end of November to Christmas they offer picturesque streets, exciting products and delicious mulled wine.
Spring awakens
- Skiing: Yes, you read that right! Sunny skiing at Plan de Corones lasts well into spring: ending around mid/end of April.
- Hiking: the mountains might still be covered in snow, but wonderful walking and hiking trails await you in the valley.
- Sauna & wellness: possible all year round. The huge sauna area including the “Cron4” indoor pool is particularly tempting at this time of year.
- Museums: some great museums in the area now open their doors again after the winter break. Others are of course open all year round
Active summer in Val Pusteria
- Bike: with or without an electric motor: countless trails and paths await you. Plan de Corones is also a real Eldorado for downhill fans.
- Golf: 9 holes and a beautiful green! The Golf Club Pustertal golf course is just 2.5 kilometres away here in Riscone.
- Schwimmen: endless bathing fun awaits you in the “Cron4” in Riscone or in the open-air pool in Brunico.
Welcome to a golden autumn
- Hiking: Clear air, unending views and tranquil hiking trails await you while enjoying autumn hiking in South Tyrol.
- Törggelen: hearty eating and new wine tasting. In Valle Isarco and Valle dell’Adige, as well as increasingly here in Val Pusteria, autumn is Törggelen time.
- Alpine cattle drives: when the alpine summer is over, the cattle return to their home stables. This is celebrated in many villages in South Tyrol with a small, rustic festival.
- Enjoy the landscape: when the forests explode with colour, the sky is deep blue and the mountain peaks turn white, it’s time to enjoy the autumn landscape. Simply wonderful.

For those arriving…
… by car: it is best to enter the church in Riscone near Brunico as the destination in your navigation system. From there you can enter our actual address: turn left and follow the road for approx. 2.6 kilometres until you reach a small group of houses. The second house is the Mittermairhof. Welcome.
… by public transport: take the Brenner railway to Fortezza. Take the Ferrovia della Val Pusteria (to Brunico) and the Citybus 420.1 in the direction of Riscone to the “Riscone, Chiesa” stop. Get off there and it is a half hour stroll to the Mittermairhof. We can come and pick you up in Riscone or Brunico upon your arrival and departure.
